Colombia Tumbaga Sugarcane Decaf is een cafeïnevrije Arabica blend uit Cauca, Tolima, Antioquia en het Eje Cafetero. De bonen groeien op 1400 tot 2100 meter en worden via Sucafina duurzaam ingekocht. De EA sugarcane methode verwijdert cafeïne met ethylacetaat uit suikerriet en behoudt zo smaken en oliën. Verwacht zoete tonen van melkchocolade, karamel en bruine suiker, met appel en gedroogde vijg, een zachte aciditeit en een volle body. Werkt uitstekend voor espresso, filter, cafetière en mokkapot.
