Colombia Palermo Filter

Colombia Palermo Filter comes from Oporapa in Huila, where coffee ripens slowly at 1,500 to 1,900 meters. The roast is light to medium, ideal for filter coffee. Expect a floral aroma, honey and molasses, with a creamy mouthfeel and a fresh finish. The beans are processed using the washed method, which brings clarity in the cup. It is a single origin, 100 percent Arabica, varieties Caturra, Colombia and Castillo. 30ml roasts in small batches for freshness and works directly with Tierra de Cafe for fair prices and traceability. Brewing advice: V60 or Chemex, 92°C, ratio 1:16. Packed in 250 g bags with a valve and ziplock.
