Ethiopie Guji Shakiso

Ethiopië Guji Shakiso is a single origin from the highlands around Shakiso, processed at the Shakiso washing station. 30ml Coffeeroasters roasts medium-light so the floral and fruity nuances shine. Expect a bright cup with notes of jasmine, red berries and cane sugar, rounded by a smooth body. The washed method gives a clean profile, ideal for V60, Chemex, AeroPress and an elegant espresso. The coffee is Grade 1 specialty, traceable and sustainable, supporting hundreds of smallholder farmers. Available in resealable bags from 250 grams up to 3 kilos via the webshop and 30ml coffee bars.
