Ethiopie Guji Shakiso Filter

This Ethiopian filter coffee comes from the Guji zone around Shakiso, at elevations up to 2,100 meters. 30ml Coffeeroasters roasts light to medium, specifically for pour-over and filter. Expect a clean, sweet cup with jasmine aroma, cane sugar and red berries, a smooth body and sparkling yet balanced acidity. The beans are washed, carefully sorted, fermented and dried on raised beds. Smallholder farmers work with the Shakiso washing station on quality and sustainability. Brewing advice, grind medium-coarse, about 6 grams per 100 ml at 92 to 94°C, start with a short bloom for clarity and balance.
