Uganda – Rwenzori – Washed

This Uganda Rwenzori coffee comes from smallholders at 1,500 to 2,000 meters and is processed as washed at Nyabirongo. Back to Black roasts it light for filter and slightly deeper for espresso so that apricot, rose, and black tea come through clearly. Thanks to the extra soak step, the profile is fresh and clean with a medium body. The SL14 and SL28 varieties deliver ripe stone fruit and floral notes. Agri Evolve supports farmers with training and fair prices and invests in local projects. Brew as a filter at a ratio of 1 to 16, or as espresso around 20 grams in 25 seconds.
