Felizo Espresso is a single-origin Arabica from Minas Gerais in Brazil. Plantations at 900 to 1,300 meters and natural processing add extra sweetness. The medium roast for espresso yields low acidity, a medium-full body and flavors of milk chocolate, caramel and nuts with a clean sweet finish. The beans come via SanCoffee, a cooperative focused on quality and sustainability, awarded a Rainforest Alliance prize in 2023. Brewing advice, 18 to 20 grams for about 36 to 40 grams of espresso in roughly 25 seconds. Excellent straight and in cappuccino or latte, consistently available via Barista Cafe.
