Ethiopië Organic Espresso comes from Dimtu Tero Farm in Guji, where 416 smallholder growers farm organically. At Boot Koffie in Baarn the beans are roasted weekly to a medium-dark espresso profile, delivering a firm body, rich crema and preserving floral and fruity nuances. In the cup expect chocolate and citrus, with hints of dark fruit and a long cocoa aftertaste. The beans are fully washed and comprise 100 percent Arabica heirloom varieties such as 74110 and 74112. The supply chain is certified and fair, with premiums and training for farmers. Ideal for espresso, moka pot or with milk. Available in 250 g and 1 kg, in-store and online.
