Java Sindoro and Sunda Tilu Espresso by Boot Koffie is a specialty blend from West and Central Java. Beans from high-altitude estates on volcanic soils are carefully roasted medium to medium-dark for espresso. The flavor profile is spicy with notes of spekkoek, salmiak, and a hint of blood orange, the body is full and the acidity low. The beans are fully washed for a clean, balanced cup. Thanks to its robust structure, this coffee performs excellently in cappuccino and latte. Cultivation is sustainable with shade trees and intercropping, and supports local communities.
