Brandmeesters Guatemala Antigua comes from the Antigua valley in Guatemala at 1,450 to 1,850 meters. Volcanic soils, abundant sun and cool nights give the beans a distinctive character. The coffee is APCA certified and medium roasted via slow roast in small batches. Expect a fresh aroma, a solid body and a bright citrusy acidity, complemented by sweet tones of caramel and cacao and a gentle chocolate note in the finish. Hand-picked, fully washed and sun-dried for a clean taste. Ideal for filter, V60, Chemex and cafetière, brewed at 60 grams per liter of water at about 92 to 94°C.
