Guatemala Rainbow

Guatemala Rainbow is a single origin from Antigua, Guatemala, sourced from smallholder farms at 1,500 to 1,800 meters. The medium roast reveals notes of milk chocolate, roasted nuts, caramel and citrus with a hint of blackberry. The beans are washed processed and sorted with EP selection for a clean, consistent taste. The Bourbon, Caturra and Typica varieties provide a balance of sweetness, acidity and complexity. Freshly roasted in small batches, suitable for espresso, filter, French press and Aeropress, also delicious with milk. Sustainably sourced with a transparent supply chain, roasted on modern Loring machines that use less gas. Packed in resealable bags of 1 kg or two 500 g bags.
