Brazil Decaf from Rum Baba comes from Fazenda Bioma in Cerrado Mineiro, where Flavio Marcio and Marcelo Noguera farm sustainably at 1,200 m. The beans are naturally decaffeinated with the Sugar Cane method, preserving the sweet Brazil profile. In the cup expect caramel and ripe plum, with a full, round body and a clean finish. This medium roast is freshly and small-batch roasted in Amsterdam and suits espresso and filter, also with milk. Bioma has won top awards, including Cup of Excellence 2024.
