Colombia Kevin Perafan

This light roast from Cauca, Colombia comes from Finca La Mujica, run by coffee grower Kevin Perafán. Rum Baba Coffeeroasters roasts in small batches to bring this refined filter coffee to life. Expect notes of fresh tobacco leaf, hazelnut and creamy caramel, with a smooth body and a clean finish. The coffee is processed as a washed coffee with a 24-hour fermentation in sealed bags for extra clarity and floral aromas. The blend brings together Gesha, Red Bourbon, Tabi and Colombia varieties. Ideal for V60, AeroPress or a filter brewer. Microlot with limited stock, delivered fresh and, on request, ground to suit the brewing method.
