Guatemala Mam Huehuetenango from Rum Baba Coffeeroasters comes from the highlands of Huehuetenango, where small Mam family farmers grow Arabica at 1,500 to 1,900 meters. The coffee is lightly roasted for filter, with notes of cane sugar, cocoa and red apple, clean and smooth in body. The beans are fully washed and sun-dried, yielding a clean cup. Varieties include Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai and Pache. The community project with UNEX supports sustainable farming and care in the region.
