Guatemala Classic from Rum Baba comes from the high-altitude Huehuetenango region, where small-scale Mam family growers carefully wash the cherries and dry them in the sun. The blend consists of 100 percent Arabica Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai, and Pache. Rum Baba roasts to a medium level, so the beans keep a full body with mild acidity. Expect sweet notes of cane sugar, cocoa, and red apple, clean and without a bitter aftertaste. Suitable for espresso, cappuccino, filter, and cold brew.
