Peru Carranza

Peru Carranza Gesha comes from the highlands of Amazonas and is grown exclusively by the Carranza family. Rum Baba roasts this microlot light for a clean filter coffee with notes of peach, bergamot, and honeysuckle. The beans are washed processed with a double fermentation and slowly dried on raised beds, resulting in a clean cup with an elegant body and sparkling acidity. The All Coffee Peru cooperative promotes organic cultivation and community projects. Brewing advice: V60, Chemex, or Kalita, medium grind, 92 to 94 degrees, and a ratio of 1 to 16. Available as a 200 gram bag in limited quantities.
