Deze single origin uit het Huye District in Rwanda komt van kleine boeren tussen 1600 en 2200 meter. De koffie is licht en schoon gebrand voor espresso en filter. Verwacht zoete tonen van maple syrup, rozenbottel en milky oolong, met accenten van chocolade, bloedsinaasappel en bruine suiker. De Red Bourbon variëteit en de volledig gewassen verwerking met zorgvuldige fermentatie en droging op verhoogde Afrikaanse bedden geven helderheid en aroma.
