The Borgman & Borgman Blend is the house blend of the Leiden coffee roastery. The blend combines Arabica from Brazil, Costa Rica and Guatemala for a rich, balanced taste with notes of chocolate, nuts and a fresh hint of citrus. The beans are slow roasted in small batches on a Giesen drum roaster, which delivers a full body without harsh bitterness, ideal for espresso and milk specialities. Sustainable sourcing and fair prices for farmers are central. Packed per 250 grams in aroma-tight bags. Available at the coffee bar on the Nieuwe Rijn in Leiden and via the webshop, with free delivery above set thresholds.
