Ús Kofje lungo

Us Kofje lungo is a Frisian blend from Brandsma Koffie dating from 2018 and an ode to the region. The beans from Brazil, Honduras and Uganda are slow roasted separately and then combined into a medium roast for a longer cup. The flavor is full and approachable, with notes of dark chocolate and roasted hazelnut and a soft aftertaste. The blend is 100 percent Arabica for refinement and balance. Per kilo, a contribution goes to Gruttoland, underscoring the focus on fairness. Brewing advice, use the lungo setting or about 100 to 120 ml of water at around 92 to 94 degrees. The 1 kg valve bag keeps the coffee fresh and is suitable for cafés and home.
