Maragogipe Southern Boundaries is an exclusive Brazilian microlot from Brazuca Coffee. The rare elephant bean comes from Fazenda Santa Monica in Minas Gerais and is naturally dried. Head roaster Tiago roasts lightly for filter, keeping clarity and fruitiness at their best. Expect notes of red fruit jam, pineapple and jabuticaba, with a creamy texture, fresh tamarind, and a floral, citrusy finish.
