Harar

Harrar is actually a region in Ethiopia (sometimes confused with Yemen), though Yemen also produces similar natural-processed coffees with dark fruity, raisin-like tones. (Note: Yemen itself is often not divided into sub-regions like Ethiopia, although regions such as Bani Matar or Haraz do exist.) These coffees are known for their powerful, complex bouquet and often a slight fermentation touch, highly prized by coffee connoisseurs.
