Blueberry Dream van Fancy Beans is een zeldzame filterkoffie uit Bruselas in Huila. Producent Jhonatan Gasca verwerkt deze Bourbon Ají als Advanced Natural, met veel controle tijdens fermentatie en droging. Daardoor ontstaat een heldere kop met blauwe bes, braam, jasmijn en honingzoetheid. De koffie scoort 87,5 SCA en laat precies zien waarom Huila zo geliefd is bij liefhebbers van moderne filterkoffie. Fancy Beans adviseert deze release voor filter, maar geeft geen exacte receptuur. Juist dat pure, sappige en florale karakter maakt deze microlot zo opvallend.
