Peru Premium Bio from Fleur de Café is an organic single origin from Cajamarca, grown by about 25 small farmers at high altitude. Thanks to the washed process, the cup remains clear, fresh, and beautifully balanced. This is followed by notes of ripe fruit, cocoa, dark chocolate, and caramel, with a mild body and soft finish. The medium roast keeps the origin recognizable and makes the coffee accessible for everyday use. The cupping score of 80 to 85 indicates reliable quality. Moreover, this bean is suitable for espresso, cappuccino, filter coffee, and automatic machines.
