Ethiopia

Fortin Ethiopia comes from the high-altitude Limu region in Ethiopia and immediately shows why this region is so beloved. Thanks to the washed processing and drying on raised beds, the cup remains clean, refined, and beautifully balanced.

Expect dark chocolate, caramel, nuts, and a light red wine note. The medium city roast provides extra body and sweetness without hiding the origin. Fortin positions this coffee as a permanent espresso base. Even with milk, it remains powerful, round, and in balance.
