Hoeksche Blend 1 van Hoeksche Branders brengt Peru en Indonesië samen in een krachtige specialty blend. Door Arabica, Robusta, honey processing en fully washed ontstaat een volle kop met pure chocolade, zachte zoetheid en weinig frisse zuren.
De medium dark roast geeft extra body, crema en diepte. Daardoor komt deze koffie vooral sterk tot zijn recht als espresso, normale koffie en cappuccino. Een exacte espressoreceptuur noemt de brander niet, waardoor er ruimte blijft voor eigen afstelling.
