Inproc from Den Haag roasts Monsooned Malabar Medium Roast, a 100 percent arabica from Karnataka and Kerala. The beans swell during the monsoon, losing acidity and taking on a straw-yellow appearance. The result is a full-bodied cup with low acidity, notes of caramel, cocoa, and a soft smoky accent. The medium roast keeps the bitterness in balance and ensures the mouthfeel is round and syrupy.
- Suitable for espresso thanks to its full body and low acidity.
- Varieties: Kent and S795, with a robust, mild acid profile.
