Rwanda Nyamurinda from Inproc comes from sisters who built a farm on the Nyamurinda hill. The terroir, situated between 1,800 and 2,000 meters, produces sweet, clear cups.
The Red Bourbon is fully washed and then slowly dried on raised beds. As a result, the coffee tastes honey-sweet with floral touches, fresh red fruits, and milk chocolate.
This creates a balance with moderate, orange-like acidity and a creamy mouthfeel.
