This omni roast from Uganda hails from the Rwenzori Mountains and combines natural processing with the sugarcane decaf method. The result is a full-bodied cup featuring dark chocolate, fresh citrus, and ripe black fruits, while remaining clean and beautifully balanced. The bean is suitable for both filter and espresso. The roaster recommends V60, Chemex, and AeroPress for filter; moka pot and espresso machines for a finer grind; and French press or cold brew for a coarser brewing method.
