Ethiopië Special Select from Roast’n Toast comes from Kaffa, the green cradle of arabica. This natural coffee grows in shaded forests at high altitudes, allowing it to ripen slowly. This results in a soft espresso with notes of dates, honey, cherries, red forest fruits, and caramel. Moreover, the body remains round and the finish long, with a subtle touch of chocolate and cocoa. The roaster consciously chooses a medium roast to keep the fruit and sweetness beautifully balanced. This bean is primarily recommended for espresso.
