The Decaf Sul de Minas from 80 CUP demonstrates just how great a Brazilian decaf can taste. This omni roast from Sul de Minas combines fudge, nutmeg, hazelnut, and a bright citrus lift, resulting in a round, sweet cup with mild acidity and a velvety mouthfeel. The coffee is decaffeinated using the DCM process, ensuring that much of the aroma and flavor are preserved. Furthermore, it is suitable for both espresso and filter. While the roaster doesn’t share a fixed V60 or espresso recipe, the bean is clearly developed for both brewing methods.
