Guatemala Comal van Bij Drewes brengt gewassen arabica uit Chimaltenango met een vol karakter.
Vijftig boeren oogsten deze koffie eind februari, waarna Coop Acatenango hem verwerkt en droogt.
Daarna reist de koffie naar de branderij, waar Bij Drewes hem vanaf eind april brandt.
- Verwacht fruitige frisheid, bitterzoete chocoladegeur, zachte karamel, boter en een vleug ceder.
