This 100 percent arabica grows at an altitude of 1,000 to 1,600 meters and retains its origin character thanks to the Swiss Water Process. On the palate, you’ll taste sweet berry notes, a soft mouthfeel, and a fresh body. As a result, this coffee feels accessible but never flat. Furthermore, Blooss roasts it in small batches in Raalte for better balance and freshness. The bean is suitable for espresso, filter, percolator, and French press. As a general guideline, the roaster suggests approximately 8 grams of coffee per cup.
