Panama Hartmann Birdsong van BOOT is een moderne espresso met een helder en zoet karakter. Deze blend van washed en natural loten komt van Finca Hartmann in Chiriquí. In de kop proef je rood fruit, chocolade en een zachte body. Daardoor blijft de koffie elegant, maar ook opvallend sappig. BOOT ontwikkelde deze koffie speciaal voor espresso en hij blijft ook met melk mooi in balans. De brander adviseert 17 gram koffie voor ongeveer 40 gram espresso in circa 28 seconden.
