Arabica Medium

Espresso Arabica Medium from De Pelikaan is a full-bodied blend with a smooth and familiar profile. The coffee combines beans from Colombia, Guatemala, and Costa Rica, showcasing notes of caramel, nuts, and dark chocolate.

Thanks to the medium roast, the flavor remains round and full, without harsh bitterness. This makes the coffee well-suited for espresso and allows it to hold its own in milk-based drinks. While the roaster doesn’t provide a fixed espresso formula, they offer the bean in multiple grind sizes for espresso, automatic machines, French press, drip filter, Aeropress, and Chemex.
