Firenze from De Pelikaan is a classic house blend with a sturdy, familiar character. The base is partly from Brazil and consists of 100 percent arabica. Through post-roast blending of medium and dark roasted beans, a full body, soft acidity, and a slightly roasted finish are created. This makes the coffee a great fit for lovers of powerful, round cups. The roaster describes Firenze primarily as an asset for the coffee machine. Additionally, the blend is available for espresso, automatic machines, drip filter, AeroPress, Chemex, and cafetière.
