Wiener Melange

Wiener Melange from De Pelikaan is an accessible 100 percent Arabica blend with a high proportion of Brazilian coffee and a classic signature. The combination of light and dark roasts provides a spicy flavor, soft smokiness, and a round body. This makes the coffee a great fit for lovers of warm, traditional blends. The roaster primarily positions it as a slightly spicy filter coffee, but grinding for espresso, AeroPress, and cafetiere is also possible. For a Viennese serving style, De Pelikaan combines 150 milliliters of coffee or espresso with frothed milk, whipped cream, and dark chocolate.
