Fleur de Café puts Indonesië Mandheling in the spotlight, a full-bodied single origin from North Sumatra. This medium-roasted coffee brings together pure chocolate, refined spices, and a soft earthy depth.

Thanks to the semi-washed process, also known as giling basah, the cup gains extra body and low acidity. Because of this, it tastes rich as an espresso, but remains pleasant in filter coffee and French press. Moreover, this bean retains enough strength for cappuccinos and lattes, ensuring the chocolate and spices remain prominent.
