FUNDAMENT GLAS comes from Finca El Girasol in Quindío, where Robinson Ortiz works with Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties. Thanks to the semi-washed process, the coffee remains bright, sweet, and precise. Expect notes of red apple, citrus, mixed nuts, and a velvety body. This makes the Colombian feel classic, yet vibrant and modern. The bean is suitable for both filter and espresso, although FUNDAMENT doesn’t provide a fixed recipe. For filter, it delivers fresh acidity and clean sweetness. As an espresso, it remains fruity, light, and remarkably clean. The SCA score of 86 confirms the strong quality of this lot.
