With Finca Nazareth, Hopper Coffee introduces a refined Bourbon from Apaneca in El Salvador. This microlot is grown at high altitudes on the Bavaria plot, which provides extra tension and sweetness.
This is followed by a slow natural process lasting thirty days on raised beds. This creates notes of exotic fruit, vibrant acidity, and a creamy texture. Moreover, the cup remains clear and layered without becoming heavy. The roaster positions this coffee as a filter bean, so it is best enjoyed as a clean-brewed filter coffee.
