Origin Ethiopia

Origin Ethiopia comes from the Yirgacheffe region in southern Ethiopia, where high-altitude farms grow 100 percent Arabica heirloom. The beans are washed processed for a bright, pure flavour. Our medium roast, 7 out of 10, preserves the floral aromas and gives a full body that excels in espresso and cappuccino. Expect sweet notes of cherry, cocoa and cane sugar, rounded with creamy caramel and a fruity finish. Freshly roasted in the Netherlands and Fairtrade-certified, with attention to the environment and a short supply chain. Grind preferably just before use, fine for espresso and medium for filter, so the complex flavours come forward optimally.
