Yirgacheffe Bloom

Yirgacheffe Bloom hails from the high-altitude Yirgacheffe region in Southern Ethiopia, processed at the Banko Gotiti washing station. This 100% Arabica single origin undergoes a natural process that amplifies its fruitiness. Expect notes of apricot, peach, orange, and sweet tea, rounded off by a long, refined finish. Scoring an impressive 86 on cupping, it is roasted in two distinct profiles: Light for filter coffee and Medium for espresso. Grown under shade trees with a focus on biodiversity and fair compensation, this coffee is available in sizes from 200g to 1000g. Freshly roasted, it is ideal for pour-over, slow brew, AeroPress, or espresso.
