El Paseo

El Paseo from Manhattan Coffee Roasters is a microlot from Nariño by producer Huver Castillo. This Caturra undergoes 36 hours of pre-fermentation followed by six days of controlled anaerobic fermentation. This creates a clear, layered cup with blood orange, panela, and lemongrass. The coffee remains juicy and fresh, yet round and beautifully balanced. Moreover, this release is suitable for both espresso and filter, making its versatility particularly interesting. Thus, El Paseo demonstrates how precision in origin and processing come together in a modern Colombian coffee with plenty of excitement and a clean finish.
