La Dinastía Marageisha from Mellow Coffee Roasters is a rare filter coffee from San Adolfo in Huila, Colombia. Wilder Lazo produces this micro lot at high altitude with great precision. Subsequently, a cold anaerobic washed process of 90 hours provides extra depth and a clear cup. In the cup, you taste thyme, lemongrass, blackcurrant, and spices. This makes the coffee feel refined, spicy, and vibrant all at once. Moreover, the soft, almost berry-juice-like texture makes it strikingly different from many classic Gesha lots.
