Saints + Sinners

The signature blend from Monks Coffee in Amsterdam is called “Saints and Sinners  and is designed for consistent drinking quality throughout the year. It combines Ethiopia and Guatemala for balance and tension, utilizing high-altitude lots and volcanic soils that together provide depth. Naturally processed lots deliver more sweetness and a fuller mouthfeel, with hints of ripe fruit. Expect dark chocolate, strawberry, and sparkling red grapefruit in the finish. The roast is medium, keeping the coffee both clear and accessible.
