DAWN PATROL is de huisblend van Morning Glory uit Haarlem. Deze espressoblend koppelt Brazilië en Costa Rica. Natural verwerking geeft rijp fruit, romige body en hoge zoetheid. Verwacht cacao, perzik, abrikoos en bosbes in een ronde kop. Daarom werkt hij solo en in melkdranken.
- Profiel, vol, romig, steenfruit en bessen met melkchocolade
- Oorsprong, Brazilië Cruzeiro en Costa Rica Aquiares
- Ideaal voor espresso, start met 1:2 tot 1:2,5 ratio, middelmatige doorlooptijd
De roast is vergevingsgezind voor filter en immersie, maar schittert onder druk.
