This decaf from Nordic Roasting Company comes from Granja Paraiso 92 in Cauca, Colombia. It is a Red Bourbon with a light roast and a bright, spicy citrus profile.
The cherries underwent anaerobic fermentation with mosto and a warm-cold water bath. This was followed by EA sugarcane decaf, preserving the aroma and sweetness. Expect lemongrass, green mandarin, and lemon balm with a clean, long finish.
