Thanks to the washed process and light roast, you primarily taste clarity, finesse, and complexity. Think of a clean cup, vibrant acidity, and an elegant finish. As such, this release is a great fit for enthusiasts of detail and terroir. The roaster recommends the bean for filter and modern espresso. Since a fixed V60 or espresso recipe is missing, precision in grind and extraction remains key.
