Santa Fé Decaf from Nordic Roasting comes from Chiapas, Mexico. The beans are washed and decaffeinated using the Mountain Water method at Descamex. Expect milk chocolate, brown sugar, date, and almond with a rounded acidity. The mouthfeel is medium and the aftertaste remains clean. Suitable for filter and a mild espresso.
- Filter start 1:16, medium grind, brew time approximately three minutes.
- Espresso: finer grind, higher extraction for chocolate and sweetness.
