The coffee grows at high altitudes in volcanic soils and primarily combines Castillo with a small portion of Caturra. This results in a cup with great tension, sweetness, and depth. What makes this release truly special is the double-extended fermentation of 23 days and the natural drying on raised beds. In terms of flavor, lime zest, jasmine, raspberry candy, and maple syrup merge with strawberry, raisin, toffee, and dark chocolate. The result is a layered coffee for lovers of experimental processing and clear origin.
