Huila decaf

Decaf (without cafeïne)

Huila Decaf from Shokunin Coffee demonstrates just how good decaf coffee can taste. This washed Colombia from Pitalito combines Caturra and Castillo with sugarcane decaf for a bright, sweet cup. Expect notes of black tea, mandarin, butterscotch, cocoa, and soft red fruits. Furthermore, the light omniroast keeps the body creamy and the finish long. For espresso, Shokunin recommends 20 grams in, 46 grams out, 93 degrees, and approximately 27 seconds. For filter, 18 grams to 300 grams of water at 98 degrees works very well.
