Butter My Pineapple is an expressive omni roast from Sprout Coffee. The bean comes from Lalesa in Gedeb, Ethiopia, grown at 2150 to 2200 meters. Slow Dry Natural processing yields layered fruit, with a floral start, dried pineapple, and creamy butterscotch. The acidity is ripe, and the aftertaste is long and sweet. Look for clarity in filter and balance in espresso, thanks to the light-to-medium roast.

• For milk 20 g in 36 g out 27 to 30 seconds.
• Filter medium-fine grind, brew time around three minutes.
